TriControl™ panels are arranged in a sequence of no expression (Null), wild type expression (WT) and increased expression (OE). Three cell lines in sequence allow for a better assessment of a more representative range of protein expression. Referencing either no expression to wild type expression and wild type expression to increased expression maximizes assessment potential. These panels improve histology laboratory antibody optimization and pathologist IHC assessment. Currently, we offer p53 and p16 TriControl™ panels in either FFPE block(s) or slide(s). QuadControl™ panels are arranged in a sequence of either escalating expression or positive/negative. Four cell lines are specifically arranged to visually represent a protein’s range of expression. Referencing either no expression to wild type expression and wild type expression to increased expression maximizes assessment potential. These panels improve histology laboratory antibody optimization and pathologist IHC assessment. Currently, MMR QuadControl™ blocks include cell lines demonstrating deficiencies in either MLH-1, PMS-2, MSH-2 or MSH-6 protein expression. p53 and p16 Quadcontrol™ blocks underconstruction and will be available soon.
DualControl™ panels are arranged in either overexpression/wild type, wild type/null and overexpression/null expression. Two cell lines contrasting in expression levels improve assessment capabilities. Referencing either no expression to wild type expression and wild type expression to overexpression maximizes assessment potential. These panels improve histology laboratory antibody optimization and pathologist IHC assessment. Currently, we offer p53 OE, P53 null, p16 OE, p16 null, RB null, p53R248Q, C-MYC amplification, PTEN deficiency, MLH-1, PMS-2, MSH-2, and MSH-6 DualControl™ panels in either FFPE block(s) or slide(s).
Single control FFPE blocks and slides are cell line plugs showcasing a specific sequence of no expression (Null), wild type expression (WT) and increased expression (OE). Each cell in this cell plug demonstrates the same expression pattern.
