This FFPE block contains two plugs with differential expression of BRAFV600E IHC staining. One plug demonstrates mutation pattern of BRAFV600E IHC staining (overexpression-type expression) and the other plug demonstrates negative BRAFV600E IHC staining (normal expression).

This FFPE block contains two plugs with differential expression of RB1 IHC staining. One plug demonstrates complete absence of RB1 IHC staining (null type expression) and the other plug demonstrates intact RB1 IHC staining (normal expression).
