A single FFPE block comprised of two cell line plugs selected for demonstrating differential MLH1 protein and MSH6 protein IHC staining, respectively. They demonstrate complete loss of nuclear expression (deficiency or loss type expression) of MLH1 protein or MSH6 protein and intact nuclear expression of MLH1 protein or MSH6 protein in the other respective plug.
