The MMR QuadControl™ FFPE block is paraffin wax block comprised of four cell lines placed in a quad arrangement. Each cell line demonstrates a deficiency (absence of staining) in one of the MMR (mismatch repair) proteins, respectively. MLH-1, PMS-2, MSH-2 and MSH-6 MMR proteins are represented.
This block arrangement is ideal for demonstrating differential mismatch repair protein expression.
