The MMR QuadControl™ polarized slide is comprised of an unstained 4-5 µM-thick level, demonstrating all four MMR proteins (MLH1, PMS2, MSH2, MSHH6) cell lines. Each cell line demonstrates a MMR protein deficiency respectively. This allow differential representation of MMR proteins within a single control. This slide supports antibody optimization and MMR protein IHC stain interpretation.
