The p53 TriControl™ FFPE block is paraffin wax block demonstrating a p53 immunohistochemical cell line control panel specifically sequenced in a wild-type expression, overexpression and null/negative-type pattern.
The block is comprised of three cell lines plugs arranged in sequence and selected for p53 IHC expression patterns.
